Youth Programs
Thousands of young people are putting their love into action through Habitat's youth programs. Learn more about Campus Chapters, Collegiate Challenge, Youth United, Act! Speak Build! Week, service-learning, teacher and youth leader resources, and other opportunities for young people to engage in Habitat’s mission and work.
Gulf Recovery Effort
Gulf Recovery Effort, Habitat for Humanity’s hurricane-response program, was implemented to help low-income, hurricane-affected families in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Alabama build permanent housing.
Women Build
Women Build trains women to make a difference by building homes and communities. Thousands of houses have been built by women crews around the world – more than 1,200 since Women Build’s official creation in 1998.
Disaster Response
Months and even years after a major disaster, many families will still live in run-down or inadequate shelter conditions. This is where Habitat for Humanity steps in.
